Do unto others

Just want to share with this hadith which was emailed to me recently.

Two things that strike me when I read this especially on item 2 in the attachment:

1) everyone knows that we are to be kind and not be hurtful to others but more often than not this is the root cause of many problems be it in the home or office. The world will be a more peaceful place to live in if only everyone practises this. Sigh....

2) Base on my own personal experience it matters a lot who you hang out with. Usually our behavior will be in sync with the group as we are very much influenced by the majority. (note to parents: please know who you children friends are)

It's something to ponder though it may be not new to some.
