He drives like nobody's business though. And he has certain privilages as he is a handicapped and hence we have no problem with parking and stuff like that.

Meet Bob our tour guide
He is quite a character isnt he? He has a few costumes that really make a statement. Today he is wearing what he called Micheal Jackson attire. Hee...
